Our Recruitment Process

In most cases our recruitment process follows the steps below. From time to time we may have a role in which a candidate may have an extra interview with the technical team or the management team, but we will be sure to inform you of any additional steps throughout the process. Our goal is to make this process as lean and transparent as we can while providing the best communication between candidate and recruiter to keep you informed.

How do I apply for a job?

Can I apply to more than one position?

Yes of course, but please only apply to positions in which you qualify.

I submitted my application, when will I hear from you?

All resumes are reviewed by our recruitment team within the first few days we obtain them. If there is a good match between your background and the job requirements, the recruiting team will reach out by sending you an email to set up an interview. Please be aware that we review each and every application and the timeframe depends on the position as well as the number of applicants we receive.

How will I be contacted for an interview?

Someone from our recruitment team will reach out and send an email with a link to schedule your first interview. You will be able to choose a time and date that works best for you and our recruiter to speak. Once scheduled, you will receive a calendar invite, and on the day of the interview the recruiter will give you a call at the scheduled time.

Will you notify me when a job I applied for has been filled?

Yes – we always keep our applicants in the loop and will send an email letting you know the job status.

What is the interview process like?

We like to keep our interview process lean. Most roles will consist of an initial phone interview, an assessment and at least 1-2 video interviews, but this varies by role and level.

Where is Tipico located?

Our office is located in Hoboken, New Jersey, just steps from the path, light rail, train station and bus station.

Are employees required to work in the office currently?

Right now we have a hybrid work environment and are allowing employees to work in the office on an as needed basis following COVID safety guidelines. Until there is a better grasp on COVID-19 we are allowing employees to work from home or in the office as needed. Once things return “back to normal” we will be happy to welcome employees back into our office on a daily basis.
